At TVNADO, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for TVNADO IPTV services.

1. Digital Service Disclaimer

TVNADO provides digital IPTV subscription services.

Once a subscription is activated, the service is considered delivered and used, and therefore not eligible for standard returns.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not activated due to a verified technical issue on TVNADO’s side
  • The user is unable to access the service despite proper device compatibility and internet speed
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase

All refund requests are subject to verification by the TVNADO support team.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after activation
  • Device incompatibility or unsupported devices
  • Poor internet connection or ISP restrictions
  • User error or failure to follow setup instructions
  • Expired subscriptions
  • Account suspension due to violation of TVNADO Terms of Service
  • Abuse of free trials or promotional offers

4. Free Trial Policy

If a free trial is available, we strongly recommend testing TVNADO IPTV before purchasing a subscription.
Free trials are provided as-is and do not qualify for refunds.


5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Provide your order details (email, order ID, or transaction reference)
  • Clearly explain the issue you are experiencing

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

Initiating a chargeback without contacting TVNADO support first may result in:

  • Immediate service termination
  • Permanent account suspension
